Thank You!! Thank you so much. This worked perfectly. I was able to right-click and save to the desktop and run it from there. The whole process took about 15 seconds and the change took effect immediately.

I appreciate you sharing this solution. I used regedit to directly make the change. Solved the problem. I was always afraid, I might damage the registry.
