Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are in the vast Chinese megacity of Chongqing with some valuable consumer advice for business people across all of China; don't spend huge sums on a brand new luxury car when you could pop over to Europe, buy a second hand executive limo and ship it home for a fraction of the cost.

S3, Ep8. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are forced to go on an RV holiday in the southwestern United States, despite regarding such things as slow, uncomfortable and pointless. Pushed to breaking point within 24 hours, the hosts decide to take matters into their own hands by each buying a used RV which they can then modify to suit their own personal preferences before continuing their vacation across Nevada in comfort, or a near approximation of it.

S3, Ep9. Richard tests the new Aston Martin V8 Vantage, James looks back at the cars of the Apollo astronauts, and Jeremy performs a series of elaborate tests to prove that the Citroen C3 Aircross is spacious, practical and better than an elephant.

They head to Cartagena to buy some cameras, and on the way, explain the cars they bought, and why they bought them. They get to the city and Hammond just fits through the narrow streets and, because of this, blocking an ambulance. While Hammond is having trouble with his large truck, Clarkson sits in his Jeep eating an ice cream questioning as to why Hammond and May think the Jeep is a gay icon… Remember the gay ice cream controversy?

James May calls it a pervert camera. They set about taking photos around the city taking photos of dogs and horses. Job done. They leave the city on a mission to capture the best animal photos Amazon could possibly want. Poor donkeys. On the road, they spot a sign of an anteater. They decide that they should wait for an anteater to cross the road, but when this fails, they break out the map.
