Hello Lee, Thank you for your review and reported issue. We do confirm that there was an issue with our licensing server for couple of hours. During this period RS Themes addon tried to connect to our licensing system, and caused issue with loading speed. This was because our licensing server was down, and RS Themes addon got into a loop, by trying to connect to the licensing server, which was not responding. This was caused by the addon bug, which has been resolved in Lagom 1.

Lagom license is checked by RS Themes addon once a day. When addon receive information that licensing server is not available, it should stop and tray again within 24 hours. However, because of the bug, it's been trying to connect over and over, which caused WHMCS loading issues, for these couple of hours.

Such issues should not happen, so please accept our sincere apologies for caused problems. Please upgrade your RS themes addon to version 1. Please contact with us if you are interested.
