Galileo pro wont download apps

Can't reset my Galileo pro. I've done the hard reset. But when it gets to the Galileo pro screen it goes no where. Help please.. What can I do.. I'm having a problem like this one I was make a speedpaint on Ibis paint X and my screen froze now it won't reset and the buttons aren't working. What would I do to fix this problem? Warranties are there for a reason. Why give the manufacturer a free ride by not using them if you can? You shouldn't have to fix a problem if the device is it is still within the warranty period, and you have tried all that a user can do without opening the device to look further.
